Resident Evil 5 on PS4/Xbox One Has Multiple Issues, Frame Rate Drops UPDATE The PS4/Xbox One versions of Resident Evil 5 are plagued with frame rate issues, among others.

Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following keys:
