Acer Aspire V5 Clean Install Windows 8

I recently bought an Acer Aspire V5-471G and it comes with a pre-installed Windows 8 (i don't know if pro or not).I really want and I really need to switch to Windows 7 to get things going quickly. I have searched online to find solutions but I can't seem to get the right one.

I have created a recovery drive usb and tried to reset pc again. it's giving me the same error: there was a problem resetting your pc.
I have acer aspire v5-571-6471 with factory installed windows 8 later updated to windows 8.1.
I wanted to reinstall windows, I tried to reset pc from pc sttings. it gave me error (there was a problem resetting your pc).
Then i tried to recover image of system made by acer backup manager right after i bought laptop, but at 54% it got stuck even after 8 hours it didn' t crossed 54%. I canceled and closed acer backup manager. this is where the problem came. none of the metro app are working now. when i try to install acer recoery management (which also stopped working) it gave error 'Error parsing c:windows..... 0xC00CE556 (it is somthing to do with .net framework)'.
I have created the recovery usb by selecting 'copy the recovery partition from PC to recovery drive', it's not working either. giving same error (there was a problem resetting your pc.)
