#170369 Very likely the issue. Unfortunately this is a dead product walking. The drivers I used were for Windows 7 but required a lot hoops to jump through to install. It does work though. Google Lenz LI-USB drivers an find the railway.zone article and he has drivers with Bahnfan.net_FTDI in the name. I used this driver about 2 months ago to get it working on Windows 10 v1903. This guy states he is no longer maintaining them. I'm in a double pickle as apparently I was lucky enough to get one of the very early version of the LI-USB which did not use the FTDI chipset. I tried to use it on Linux and it would not work. Linux could never identify it. Someone on the Lenz group finally helped my figure it out the issue.
